Reviews and Ratings
The hotel felt like entering a parallel universe, with small rooms directly below a rooftop dance club blaring music until 3 am. However, the location was excellent, right at the north end of South Beach, close to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road mall.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were basic but clean, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. However, there were some maintenance issues like a broken light and blind in the room. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, even showing us around and offering tips on parking. The location was ideal for us, within walking distance of many attractions, although a bit distant from the main beach area. The dining options were moderate, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel's great location and amenities made up for the lack of a patio like in the website picture and the dungeon-like feel facing Collins Street. The staff could improve but the rooftop location was prime for beach and restaurant access.
The hotel next door was not the most comfortable stay for me. The rooms were dark, cold, and unfortunately located right above the noisy air conditioning and refrigeration systems, which made it quite unpleasant. However, the service, especially from the restaurant bar, front desk, and valets, was exceptionally kind, friendly, and top-notch. The location was good but missed the mark due to my personal preference not to go to the beach during crowded times. The dining options were somewhat limited but acceptable. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, being super close to the beach and within easy reach of dining options, the rooms were not as cozy as I had hoped for. The staff was really kind and helpful, but the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel has a great location near the beach and major attractions. The rooms were not very comfortable, with a lack of seating and unpleasant odors lingering. The service was friendly and attentive, offering beach amenities, although some noise disturbances were experienced. The dining options were limited and not fulfilling. Overall, the stay was decent but with some notable drawbacks.
